First, I must sincerely thank my generous #ISTE13 PLN benefactor who enabled me to get to this event.
Thanks to everyone who put together#ISTE13 which was a truly awesome gathering of passionate global educators. Thanks to all the presenters ( including the students) who helped this constant learner expand his education.
Thanks to so many of my PLN members who stopped me wherever I was to chat with me.I appreciated all the thank yous. I listened carefully to the many great ideas you gave me. I love interacting with my Twitter family. I hope you didn’t mind me hugging which is my way of thanking you for the confidence you have in me.
Thank you for the tweets you sent out including your kind words and pictures. I will treasure them as I do with the letters I got during my teaching years.
Thanks for backing my full transparency motion at the amazing #hackeducation day. Thanks for all the mentions of my pages in your sessions.
Thank you for putting up with my silliness (standing on table for #hackeded13group photo, getting “run over”by wonderful @pgeorge, jumping in to do “backup” for @michellek107 and @tgwynn karaoke number, joining my buddy @kevinhoneycutt and band, getting up with those wonderful Aussies to do a number, wearing my cape for fun edtech karaoke event…)
Thanks to my awesome #edchat buddies Always great to see you in person. Next year hopefully can get all the moderators in a picture. It was nice to have the closing keynote speaker @adambellow join us for this photograph.
Thanks to @TeacherCast for helping me get started on producing an app for my site.
Thanks to some of the great companies who listened to my ideas on how they can take their products to the next level.
You all really matter to me.
I just wish all my PLN #NotAtISTE could take part in the great ISTE adventure where the energy was palpable.
